Dilated cardiaomyopathy is a common heart disease with unknown cause. It is characterized by left ventricular or double ventricular dilation and systole function have been damaged. The symptom often shows that proceeding heart failure .. cardie arrhythmia and sudden death by blocking thrombus. At present, there is not special way to cure it. The main way is diuresis, strengthening heart and dilating blood vessel. The studys in recent years shows that the occuring and development of left ventricular remolding are closely related with Rennin-angiotensin-aldosterone systenm. Angiotensin â…¡ is the main medium which participate in RAAS. The major influence merchanisms of angiotensin II on left ventricular remolding are three points below: 1 according to strengthen the action of sympathetic nerve indirectly to enhance myocardial hypertrophy. 2 according to AT1 receptor, angiotensin II make myocardial cell hypertrophy and FBC proliferate. 3...
