Objective:. Although PCI(Percutaneous coronary intervention) helps improve the condition of the patients, its influence on HRV is still a controversial question. In order to elucidate the effect of PCI on HRV, HRV(heart rate variability) were assayed one day before PCI, seven days after PCI and one month after PCI on PCI patients compared with the control group who do not undergo PCI , we aim to evaluate the influence of PCI on heart rate variability of coronary heart disease(CHD)patient and to seek a harmless and effective way of evaluating PCI.Methods(一) 1 .PCI goup:18 Patients are involved in the research:8 with AMI, and 10 with unstable angina pectoris. All of them are chosen from the Da Lian Municipal Center Hospital.Among the Patients to be tested 7 are males, and 11 are females.Their average age 58. 5± 15. 2 years old(from 36 to 70).They stayed in hospital for(10.1±3)days on average. 2 .Control group: 16 CHD Patients without PCI are involved in the research:9 with AMI, and 7 with unstable angina pectoris. Among the patients in this group 8 are males, and 8 are females.Their average age 56. 8± 14. 5 years old(from 32 to 68).They stayed in hospital for (11.1 ±3 .8) days on average. There is no outstanding distinction between the two groups in gender and age.(二)1 .Record of cardiogram ,Analysis of HRV :As to the PCI group, the 24-hour record of their cardiogram were made before the operation and one week, and four weeks respectively after it.As to the control group, the 24-hour record of their cardiogram were made before the regular medicine treatment and one week and 4 weeks...
