The Relationship Of Chemotatic Factor: RANTES & EOTAXIN And Endometriosis

Objective:Endometriosis is a common disease in women at re- productive age ,the incidence rate is stepping up constantly.In clinic, about 10%-30% women at reproductive age is trouble in this disease, 40%-60% women with endometriosis have infertilitas,physical and mental health of women is effected seriously.Subsequent steps in pathogenesis of this common disease remain poorly characterized,menstrual bleeding counter- current theory have been approved widespread,but 90% normal women's menstrual bleeding counter-current,however the incidence rate of endometriosis is very low relatively.accordingly,not only retrograde menstruation but also other factors may play a role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.We investigated expression of the RANTES and EOTAXIN in endomembrane of women with endometriosis and normal controls so that approach the pathogenesis of endometriosis from the field of endocrine-immunity.The new way of therapy will be raised in future.Material and Method:Tissue specimens were obtained from patients undergoing laparotomy.Experimental group are women with endometriosis(age, 36±8y, n=24),biopsies were 24 capsule wall of chocolate cyst of ovary and 11 eutopic endometrium.contrast group are women with subserosal leiomyomata(age, 37±8y, n=20),specimens are endometrial biopsies.Experimental method is immunohistochemistry.Result:1. Monoclonal IgG antibodies against RANTES showed the antigen to be localized to the stromal compartment in human endometrium and endometriosis.RANTES protein was obviously stronger in experimental group than contrast group(P < 0.05).In experimental...
