The Study Of Possibility Between Signs Of CT And The Expressions Of MMP-9 And EGFR In Peripheral Lung Cancer

Purpose:To staoly the relationship between peripheral lung cancer and protein expression of EGFR and MMP-9.Matenials and Methods:The expression of MMP-9 and EGFR was examined using immunohistochemistry in 52 cases.of peripheral lung cancer. The relationship between CT signs and the protein expression was analyzed.Rusults:The expression level of MMP-9 and EGFR showed no correlation with histological type,spiculation sign(P>0.05) Significant difference in MMP-9 and EGFR expression existed between the patients who hod the signs of ,and the patients who had not the signs of deep lobulation degree, spinous protuberance, tumor'sdiameter>3cm , pleurol in dentation metastasis and differentiation degree.(P<0.05)Conclusion:1,MMP9 and EGFR have close correlation with the differentiation level of the lung cancer and the invasion of lymphatics and have important symptomatic effect to the lung cancer'prognosis.2,Tumor'size,lobular,spiculated sign,protuberance size and invasion of lymphatics in the image of CT in peripheral type of the lung cancer have correlate with the abnormal expression of MMP9 and EGFR .These signs prompt high malignant of lung cancer and predisposition to invasion ,metastasis and the bad prognosis.Associate analysis show that the observation of lung cancer's CT image and the detection of expression of MMP9,EGFR protein can make for the realization to the occurrence and development of the tumor and judging the prognosis of the tumor.
