Background and Objective:The malformation of occlusion correcter need a long time. How to accelerate the orthodontic tooth movement and shorten the course of treatment is a hardwork subject that many numerous scholars concentrate on study. In 1989,orthopedist Frost found surgical wounding of osseous hard tissue results in striking reorganizing activity adjacent to the site of injury in osseous and/or soft tissue surgery. He collectivey termed this cascade of Physiologic healing events the regional accerleratory phenomenon (RAP).RAP healing is a comeplex physiologic process with dominating features involving accelerated bone turnover and decreases in regional bone densities.Following surgical wounding of cortical bone ,RAP potentiates tissue reorganization and healing by way of a transient burst of localized hard and soft tissue remodeling. He also confirmed that corticotomy can result in RAP.So many orthodists accelaerate tooth movement through corticotomy, and reported many cases who treated through coticotomy. In all these reported cases, treatment time have been shortened by 1/3 or 1/4,and patients felt painful, producing less root resorption, and exhibiting less relapse. But the traditional corticotomy is very complex and difficult ,many patients can't approve it.In 2004,Dr.PAK in Korea simplified the traditional corticotomy and made it fit for treatment. He named this corticotomy+orthodontic as osseous orthodontic(OO).Currently, there are few reports which establishing animal experimental models for corticotomy study have been published. It is neccessay to investigate the difference between new and trational...
