Objective: Endometriosis(EMs) is a common gynecologic disease,developing mostly in women of reproductiveage.For the past few years , the tendency of disease rateis upgrade ,occurs in about 30%-40% of patient in out-patient clinic of department of gynecology, 30%-40% of operation of department of gynecology It is one of the mostfamiliarreasons of infertility and chronic pelvic pain. Theetiology and pathogenesis of endometriosis are still unclear. Sampson's theory of retrograde menstruation has beenrecepted. Adenomyosis is a common gynecologic disease ,and the etiology and pathogenesis of endometriosis are st .ill unclear .Most academicians think that endometriosis iscoused by the blood of menstruate countercurrented,whileadenomyosis is coused by capacity of recovery decrease in muscular wall of the uterus.Both of diseases may be some sames in the etiology and pathogenesis.
