The Protect Effect Of PGE1 For Chronic Renal Failure

Objective To study the protect effect of PGE1 for chronic renal failure.Methods Observe the renal blood flow of 30 chronic renal failure patients by Doppler ultrasonic wave before and after PGE1treatment:renal segmental arteries diameter(D), peak systolic velocity(Vmax), minimum velocity in diastole (Vmin), resistive index(RI),blood flow volume(Q),measure serum Cr and BUN.Results After PGE1 treatment the renal blood flow and renal function of 30 chronic renal failure patients are evidently improved. D from 0.38±0.70 to 0.44±0.68,Vmax from 36.48±15.01 to 54.60±17.98,Vmin from14.42±5.90 to 23.67±11.29,RI from 0.73±0.05 to 0.68±0.05,Q from 260.07±168.54 to 528.72±307.85 .Cr from 434.50±177.04 to 370.15±153.66 ,BUN from 20.24±6.21 to 15.17±4.99. P<0.05.Conclusion PGE1 can improve the renal blood flow and protect renal function of chronic renal failure .
