Study On The Correlation Of Infiltrative Dendritic Cell Of Middle And Advanced Esophagesal Cancer

Objective:To explore the correlation among tumor infiltrative dendritic cell(TIDC) of esophageal cancer tissue and the infiltrative degree of cancer cell,lymphnode metastasis,pathological type,DNA ploidy.Methods:The immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry were used to detect the distribution and quantity of cancer tissue and DNA contests between 30 cases of esophageal cancer and 23 cases of cardiac cancer,and to analyze its correlation with clinical P-TNM stages.Results:There were no significant among the P-TNM stages, lymphnode metastasis,tumor sizes and TIDC,DNA ploidy(P>0.05).There were no signifinant correlation between TIDC and DNA ploidy between esophageal and cardiac cancer .(P>0.05)...
