| BackgroundSince recent years, the morbidity of Chlamydia Genital Infection (CGI) has continuesly gone up, which caused seriously affection to people' s health. CGI is caused by Chlamydia trachomatis(Ct), mainly transmitted by sex contagion, till now we are still not clearly understand its pathogenesis. Macrolides/tetracycline/quinolones antibiltics are widely used in therapy, and has gained affirmed curative effect, meanwhile , they also have many side effect more or less. Also, as more and unrational antibilitcs were applied, the resistance to antibiotics of Ct begin to grow up, which caused new problem to its curement. It has a long history and rich experience that Chinese medicine cures CGI, with the characteristic of effective definite and small side-effect. In experimental study, plenty of studies are focused on extra-sensitivity of single Chinese herb, yet studies on Chinese herbs compounds and their pathogenesis are rare, which need to be more concerned. ObjectivesTo observe the clinical effects of Niao Luqing(NLQ) oral lotion in curing different syndrome.3 type of CGI, further make clear and definite its clinical adaptability of different syndromes type. In experimental study, by using electronic microscope, we observed the affect of Niao Luqing to the structure of Ct incusion bod), to preliminary probe into the probably mechanism of NLQ to CGI. MethodsDivide 70 cases diagnosed as CGI into 4 groups according to symptoms, which are excess of damp-heat group, Qi-block of liver group, Yin-deficiency of liver and kidney group, deficiency of spleen and kidney group type;eachtake NLQ orally, 50ml two times/day, for two weeks. We take an effective evaluation to all the patients after two weeks. In experimental study, we set two groups of cultured Ct incusion body, one was treated with serum with NLQ, the other was given serum without NLQ, after 48 hours, we observe the structure of the Ct incusion body with electronic microscope. ResultsOf all the 70 cases, patients with excess of damp-heat are the most, followed are Qi-block of liver, Yin-deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency of spleen and kidney group. The overall recovery rate is 26.98%, and the effective rate is 80. 95%;As to the four groups, the recovery rates are 30. 77 %^ 31.25?^ 25% ^ 11. 11%, and the effective rates are 80. 77%^ 81.25%. 83. 33%^ 70% respectively. It is more effective to excess of damp-heat and Qi-block of liver group, yet there is no statistic significance between them. In experimental study, compared to the group given serum without NLQ, the group given serum with NLQ has less Ct in the McCoy cell, and the cell has a perfect structure;while the cells in the group given serum without NLQ were damaged seriously. Cone I us ionsNLQ has the effects of not only strengthen kidney and spleen, but also eliminate excessive and harmful fluid. It not only cures the extra-appearance induced by damp-heat intruding lower energizer, but the endo-essence induced by the spleen and kidney deficiency, what's more, it has small side-effect, can be used in the therapy of any type, especially to excess of damp-heat and Qi-block of liver group of CGI. It has the double effects of clear up Ct infection and protect host cells, can distinctly alleviate or clear up the clinical symptoms.
