Objective: To detect the expressive level of tumour suppressor gene ING1b and it's expressive product P33ING1 in breast cancer tissue, the corresponding tissue nearby breast cancer and nomal breast tissue. To explore the relationship between the expressive level of genge ING1b, protein P33ING1 and the breast cancer's happening and developing .Method: To detect the expressive level of gene ING1b m RNA and protein P33ING1 in 30 specimens of breast cancer tissue and the corresponding tissues nearby breast cancer, 20 specimens of normal breast tissue nearby fibroadenoma of breast by semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR)and the technique of immunohistochemistry. Compare the changes of expressive level of ING1b m RNA with protein P33ING1 in breast cancer tissue, tissue nearby breast cancer and normal breast tissue. Analyze the relationship between the expression of ING1b m RNA , protein P33ING1 in breast cancer tissue and the patient's patho-characteristics .Result:⑴The optical density value of ING1b mRNA in breast cancer tissue , the correspondent tissue nearby breast cancer and normal breast tissue is 0.3443±0.2037(0.0180~0.5686),0.4885±0.2297(0.1348~0.9633)and 0.6191±0.3261(0.2120~1.2380)respectively, which in breast cancer tissue is lower than in tissue nearby breast cnacer and normal breast tissue obviously(P < 0.05), however there is no significant difference between in tissue nearby breast cancer and normal breast tissue(P > 0.05).⑵The positive expression rate of protein P33ING1 is 36.67%,73.33% and 85% respectively in the three kinds of breast tissues mentioned above , which in breast cancer tissue is lower than in tissue nearby breast cnacer and normal breast tissue obviously(P < 0.05), however there is no significant difference between in tissue nearby breast cancer and...
