The Influencing Factors And Clinical Characteristic Analysis Of 192 Case With Uterine Leiomyomas

The incidence of uterine leiomyomas is highest in gynecologictumours. As the developing of nosogenesis of uterine leiomyomas,people recognized that the occur of uterine leiomyomas was influncedby several factor. The uterine Mullerian tissues with genedisfigurement turn to leiomyoma tissue under the affect of estrogen,progestin and their acceptor and some of cetotine. This process wastriggered by related influencing factor, and the necrosis of leiomyomacell could be restrained. The sex hormone and cetotine play veryimportant roles in growing and maintaining of uterine leiomyomas,correspondly, The related influencing factors are significant in thestartup of uterine leiomyomas. This paper intent to analyze the related influencing factors ofuterine leiomyomas, and find out the risk factors of uterineleiomyomas from women's age, living habits, BIM, reproductivehistory, emmenia and, contraceptive methods, inflammation ofgynecology etc, simultaneitily, we want to disscuse the cliniccharacteristic of degenerate uterine leiomyomas. From theseapproaches to provide the reasonable proofs of preventing andcontrolling uterine leiomyomas and warn the asymptomatic uterineleiomyomas. By stratified random sampling, we acquired 192 cases of uterineleiomyomas;An case-control studie was conducted to analyze therelated influencing and risk factors of uterine leiomyomas. Thestatistics methods included the matched t test, matched χ2 test,univariate analysis, and conditional multinomal logistic regressionanalysis.We got the results as follow: The risk factors of uterineleiomyomas included: age, fatness, repetitious inducedabortion,sufering cervicitis, endometritis,pelvicinflammatory andovarian cyst. In the meantime, Menarche deferment might be theprotective factor of uterine leiomyomas. Simultaneitily, we find thatthe clinic symptom of benign degenerate uterine leiomyomas wassimilar to normal uterine leiomyomas. It is difficulty to diagnosedegeneration of uterine leiomyomas befor operation.To control uterine leiomyomas, preventive procedures asfollowing should be taken: (1) Carry out health education widely, letpeople nurturing healthy living habits (2) Prevent and treat theinfection of genital tract in time;(3) Avoid frequent pregnancy andinduced abortion;(4) Carry out women disease survey andintervention.
