Objective To compare the clinical effectiveness of treatment injured brain by transplanting NSCs induced from rat bone marrow and brain. Methods Clture NSCs from rat bone marrow and brain in vitro respectively. Having been reproduced generations, we identified the differentiated cells with Nestin, neuron specific enolase (NSE) and glial fibrillary acid protein (GFAP). Transplant the NSCs marked with BrdU into the rat brains injured part, observe and record the rats behavior. 10d and 20d after transplantation, check the survival and migration of the NSCs by means of immunohistochemistry. Results Both NSCs survive in the transplantation area and migrate into the around cortex, the behavior of both groups could see better and no significant difference (P<0.05) was founded between the two transplanted groups. Conclusion Both NSCs demonstrated similar survival and migration abilities, and could be use to help rats recover their motor and sensory ability after brain injury.
