Objective By comparing operation effect between FC-1 CT-guided no invasive-eness sereotactic apparatus and high precision CT-guided sereotactic apparatus .To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of sereotactic aspiration in treating patients with intracerebral hemorrhage .Methods 136 cases with intracerebral hemorrhage were operated with FC-1 CT-guided no invasiveness sereotactic apparatus between 1999 and 2005, which named FC-1 group. 128 cases were screened out which suited for FC-1 group at haemorrhage position, haemorrhage quantity and consciousness status between 1996 and 1999 in our hospital, which named high precision group. A retrospective method was used to compare the effect and difference of the two group. The near-term outcome(GOS scale), long-term outcome(Barthel scale), as well as the mortality rate, the satisfactory rate were compared respectively. And the target in CT picture designed before operation and the target showed in CT picture after operation were compared also to stat the erro range of the sereotactic apparatus .Results There were no significant differences of the near-term outcome (GOS scale),long-term outcome (Barthel scale), as well as the mortality rate , the satisfactory rate between the two groups. The error range of the sereotactic apparatus was no more than 1.0 cm.Conclusion It suggests that using FC-1 CT-guided no invasiveness sereotactic apparatus has similar effects in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with high precision CT-guided sereotactic apparatus, but the FC-1 CT-guided no invasiveness sereotactic apparatus is more safe and convenient ,which may maximum improve the prognosis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
