Objective Research the lice anatomy of mandible and circum-structures.And to build digitized visible model of the mandible. So as provide morphological data for image diagnosis and operation of the mandible. And bring a bright future for the virtual operation of the mandible development platform.Methods Choosing special cadaver specimen for the study . Scan the pate ofhuman body with CT. Exclude the structural disease of the cadaver. After fixation , section, photograph and other steps. We got a digital human data set. The software Photoshop was respectively adopted for 2D image processing. Elect mandible part image data of digital human and reconstruct 3D model of mandible by using special medical reconstruction software. The 3D mandible model was flatted and rendered by software. Establish visible mandible model and display visualization then.Results A 3D model of mandible was formed accurately using of digital humandata. The model was fine in vision in reconstitution and reappearance anatomicappearance of mandible and mandibular teeth literally in three-dimension anddisplay mandibular canal accurately.Any axle and angle and speed of the model could be revolved in three-dimension.And it can be inter- reference withcross-section appearance conveniently. So that taking accurate message ofmandible.Conclusion1. Digital human data can provide integrity and exact cross-section data. The visible model of the mandible can reflect mandibular anatomical feature. And provide anatomic data for image diagnosis and operation of the mandible disease.2. The visualization mandibular model can be displayed in virtual reality by Amira VR in PC. The reconstituted structure can be recovered in raw state.3.
