The gentle damnification is so difficult to come to light that the timely treatment will be missed. Therefore, it is very important significant to find the sensitive index in the forepart of Henoch -Schonlein purpura.At present diagnosis index is various and complex in the forepart of Henoch -Schonlein purpura ,such as urine routine, kidney sampling,Addis,urine minim albumen, urine enzyme and so on. Therefore ,it is necessary to research the relationship among all sorts of the index , the contribution of them and the diagnostic sensitivity in the forepart of Henoch - Schonlein purpura.Object and Methods1. The data of 114 sufferer have been collected and built a database from primacy affliatd hospital of China Medical University during 2004. 1 -2005. 12.2. Examined the urine NAG, A1b, IgG, TRF, α₁ - MG, FDP, β₂ - MG (blood and urine) ,blood CR,BUN,C₃,C₄ and urine routine.3. Factor analysis was performed by using SPSS for windows, version 12. 0 . The model of structure equation model was built by Liserl version 8. 50.Results1. Examinatied result shows the diagnoses index in Henoch - Schonlein pur-pura.2. The analysis result of Factor analysisFactor analysis was performed using SPSS for windows, version 12. 0 . Three main factor was picked up, the first factor is NAG, the second is blood CR,BUN,C3,(32 -MG.the third is urine TRF,ttl -MG,Alb ,IgG,FDP.3. The relationship of all sorts of the diagnosis index.Contribution of index is a, - MG(0. 26) ,IgG(0. 20) ,NAG(0. 19) ,TRF (0.12), FDP(0.07), Alb(0. 057), BUN(0.0071), C3 (0.007 ),CR(0. 0054) in turn.DiscussUrine minim albumen is the sensitive index in the forepart of Henoch -Schonlein purpurao At present diagnosis index is various and complex such as the NAG,Alb,IgG,TRF,ai -MG,FDP,p2 - MG,CR,BUN,C3,C4 and so on in the forepart of Henoch - Schonlein purpura. Urine minim albumen can reflect the situation of kiney . The research shows that the contribution of index is ax -MG,IgG,NAG in turn.NAG will be manifolded in the urine when the tubule of kidney was damaged. Therefore, the NAG is a symbol of damaging of kidney tubule.This research shows that the improvement of a] - MG,NAG revealed the damaging of kidney tubule.We built the structure equation model between damaging of kidney tubule and diagnosis index in Henoch - Schonlein purpura, the result shows that the maximal contribution of index is urine albumen.Conclusion1. urine minim albumen is a sensitive index to diagnosis the damage of kidney in the forepart of Henoch - Schonlein purpura2. Associated examining of o^ - MG>IgG and NAG will be the more effective method to diagnosis damaging of kidney in the forepart of Henoch - Schonlein purpura.
