Research Progress Of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP)is the most common childhood vasculitis,although it is one kind from limits disease,but once the occurrence of HenochSchonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN),course of disease can be delayed to several months or even years,then long-term monitoring and intervention have to begin.Even know more than 200 years,the exact mechanism of the disease is still unclear,the atypical cases can result in clinical work in misdiagnosis.While for the treatment especially the use of corticosteroids and other immunosuppressants are still controversial.As a result,there is a need to review and summarize the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and treatment progress.
