The loss or failure of an organ or tissue is one of the most frequent, devastating, and costly problems in human health care. A new field, tissue engineering, applies the principles of biology and engineering to the development of functional substitutes for damaged tissue. Cell/Organ Printing is a new technique in the field of tissue engineering which involves three sequential steps: development of'blueprints' for organs;printing thermo-reversible gel, single cells and cell aggregates layer-by-layer sequentially until a particular 3D form is achieved;tissue fusion and organ conditioning which is the next great challenge the tissue engineer have to face.In this paper, a novel technique which could controlled release and distribute grow factors to guild the cells to tissue fusion has been developed that printing polymer nanopartices loaded grow factor by using modified commercial inkjet printer. The experiment includes modification of commercial inkjet printer, preparation of polymer nanopartices suspension (like 'ink' for printer), printing and measuring. The main of inkjet printer modification is the remoding of ink-provide-system. It is compared that the devices which based siphon principium, air-resistance principium, sponge principium and hydraulic pressure principium in the aspects of export pressure, sensitivity to temperature and the printing result. Finally, the device based hydraulic pressure principium is the most appropriate for the nonpublished application. The polymer nanoparitices are prepared with the method of solvent- nonsolvent, the acetone in solution PLA is immitted to water rapidly. Influences of the PLA concentration and the rate of acetone and water on nanoparticies diameter are studied by Laser Light-Scattering Nanoparticle Size Analyzer . The experiment results suggest that the the nanoparticies diameter are increased with the increase of the concentration of PLA and the decrease of acetone. This paper focuses on the effects of circumstance humidity and the PLA concentration on the shape of dripping and nanoparticies-conglomeration, which are measured by SEM.The experimental results indicate that the dripping is round in shape and nanoparticies -conglomeration is evident with the decrease of circumstance humidity and the increase of PLA concentration. The fluorescence photograph reveales that the proportion of nanoparices loaded different dyes which substituted grow factor could be regulated by CMYK publishing principle.
