Phenylketonuria (PKU) is a kind of disease which is related to the decrease of chromosome in the body. This can result in the metabolizability confusion of phenylalanine. Nowadays, the instruments which are used to inspect the phenylalanine in our country mainly depend on importation. So the development of inspectation went on slowly. There are two methods to inspect the phenylalanine among the people. They are bacteriostasis and fluorescent measure. The bacteriostasis is a kind of qualitative method which has been washed out. The fluorescent measure is a precise quantitative method. It has been used extensively instead of bacteriostasis because of its characteristic, such as simple,fast,easy to operate,good repetition and stability. The hardware design based on embedded PC is relate to the PKU fluorescent measure system. Designs about sensor,driving circuit,controlling circuit,orienting circuit,detecting circuit and signal transform circuit are included in this paper. All these designs are based on embedded PC and controlled by it. Signals which come from hardware circuit are reverted by embedded PC. They are the same to the actual input signal. Reverted data has to be dealt with analysis of regression in order to check out the performance of the instrument.
