Objective:To investigate the expression of c-Met and CD147 in normal endometrium and endometrial adenocarcinoma and their clinical significance, and to evaluate the relationship between their expressions and the clinicalpathological characters: surgical-pathological stage, histological grade, myometrium invasion, age, lymphatic metastasis. Methods:Immunohistochemical staining S-P method was used to detect the expression of c-Met and CD147 in 20 cases of proliferative phase endometrium tissues,20 cases of secretory phase endometrium tissues, and 55 cases of endometrium adenocarcinoma tissues. The levels of c-Met and CD147 in different tissues and their correlation with cliniccalpathological parameters of endometrial adenocarcinoma were analyzed. Data analysis was carried out by SPSS11.5 software.Results:1.The positive rates of expression of c-Met in proliferative phase endometrium tissues and secretory phase endometrium tissues were 15% and 0 respectively. There was no significant difference between them(p>0.05).The positive rate of expression of c-Met in endometrium adenocarcinoma tissues was 61.82%.There was statistical siginificance between normal group and carcinoma (p<0.05) .In endometrium adenocarcinoma tissues, the expression of c-Met was positively associated with clinicalpathological parameters:histological grade and surgical-pathological stage (p<0.05) ,but there was no relation between the expression of c-Met and age, myometrium invasion and lymphatic metastasis.2.The positive rates of expression of CD147 in proliferative phase endometrium tissues , secretory phase endometrium tissues and endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues were 20%, 0, 72.73% respectively, statistical significance Was existed between normal endometrium tissues and endometrium adenocarcinoma tissues. In endometrium adenocarcinoma tissues, the expression of CD147 was positively associated with clinicalpathological parameters:surgical-pathological stage, myometrium invasion and lymphatic metastasis (p<0.05) ,but there was no relation between CD147 and age or histological grade.3.No correlation was found between the expression of c-Met and CD147.Conclusion:1.The expression of c-Met in endometrium adenocarcinoma tissues is positively associated with clinicalpathological parameters:histological grade and surgical-pathological stage.2 The expression of CD147 in endometrium adenocarcinoma tissues is significantly correlated with clinicalpathological parameters:surgical-pathological stage, myometrium invasion and lymphatic metastasis.3 Combined analysis of c-Met and CD147 may increase accuracy of predicting prognosis of patients with endometrium adenocarcinoma..
