| ObjectiveDuring the research of the heart effection change of isolated rabbit heart model, To establish aperfect animal system of the isolated rabbit heart model which can receives surgery operation.MethodsFirst we established the isolated rabbit heart system , fixed the preload and the afterload, andmonitored the change of the heart output volume and pressure of left ventricle . Then the data ofleft ventricle output volume, dP x HR, dP/dTmax was compared after the isolated heart arrest for30min.ResultsAll of the 31 experimental models had been established successfully. Our study showed that the heart output, dP x HR, average dP/dTmax of the isolated heart arrest for 30min were no statistical difference (P>0.5).ConclusionThe heart function of the model was stable in some time and it could provide an experiment model for the study of heart function.
