The Effect Of Bushenzhuangyang Decoction On Climacteric Rats With Kidney-Yang Deficiency

Objective:To study the effect of Bushenzhuangyang Decoction(BSZY) on the model of climacteric rats with kidney-yang deficiency.Methods:30 female climacteric rats were randomly assigned to the following groups: climacteric group, BSZY group and model group. 10 female young rats were assigned to young group. BSZY group and model group were dealt with hydrocortisone injection in order to make kidney-yang deficiency. After that BSZY group were given corresponding dose of BSZY decoction. In the end, the levels of E2, FSH, LH, ACTH were measured by radio-immunoassay.Results: the levels of E₂ and ACTH were increased in Chinese herb group while the levels of FSH and LH were decreased.Conclusion: BSZY decoction has obvious effect on treating climacteric rats with kidney-yang deficiency...
