Clinical Study Of Qing Jiang He Ji In Treating Renal Hypertension

Objective:This article is based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine .From the clinic symptom of Renal Hypertension, the author considered that deficiency of both spleen and kidney and stagnation of dampness and heat are the main mechanism , and congenital deficiency of the human body is the pathological basis of the disease. So the treating principle should be strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney, purging heat and eliminating dampness, and removing stasis and making vessels though. The author systematically observed "Qingjiangheji"sinfluence on the patients'ET,NO,Angâ…¡and their improve of clinical symptom . And the author also evaluated it's clinical curative effect on Renal Hypertension through comparing with the group only taking Lotensin,Then the author discusses its effect mechanism .The result shows that :The therapy group could distinctly improve the patients'ET,NO,Angâ…¡and clinical syndrome .Its curative effect is obviously better than that of the comparison group .
