Objective: To study the change priciples of rat serum correlate enzyme during hyposic reoccurrent exercise and find the appropriate mthods to prevent hypoxic exercise exhausting.Method: After establishing both normal and reoccurrent exhansting exercise animal models at hypoxic condition, 85 male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into four groups: hypoxic quiet control group(A), hypoxic normal exercise group(B), hypoxic exhausting exercise group(C) and quiet control group(D).By using atmosphere pressure and hypoxic tent system produced by American Hyposicon company, we mimicked the environment in which the osygen content was 14%. Rats in A,B and C groups were placed in hypoxic tent from 8 AM to next day's 7 AM. One hour was left to do cleaning. Food was all the same in four groups.Rats in group B were forced to run once everyday on treadmill. The running speed was 15m/ min or so at first and adjusted to 25m/min 4-5 minutes later. The whole training period was 30 minutes. Rats in group C were forced to run once on treadmill everyday. The running speed began with 15 m/min or so. Then it was adjusted to 25m/min 4-5 minutes later and continuted unfilled the rats were exhausted. The running journey was recorded in group C.The exhausting stands were as followed: Fats were unable to run at later 1/4 part of treadmill more than three times; Stimulations like light, electricity and sound were ineffective; Rats' breath were deeps with heads belt down, etc.The contents of rat hemoglobin,serum adrenerlin, CK-MM and LDH5 were measured at acute and chronic hypoxic conditions and siginificant difference were compared at different time points.Results: at the end of two test weeks, the body weight of group B and group D increased with normal figure, vivid character, shining further and bright eyes. At the end of two test weeks, the body weight of group C decreased with slow response, dull eyes. The conditions of group A were intervenient between group C and group B and D.In acute hypoxic phase( 4 days), hemoglobin was highest in group A and less in group B and C than that in group D. Its content was lowest in group C. However, there wasn't too much difference between these groups. It was the same in chronic phase, but there is significant difference between C and D groups. Compared with D, HB in group C decreased more than 10% which exceeded the exhausting standard.On the third day, serum adrenerlin concentrations in A, B and C groups increased greatly and were significantly different from that of group D. There was significant difference between A, B and C groups. However, after 2 weeks, serum adrenerlin of group A and B began to decrease while it continued to rise in group C.Compared with group D, DK-MM in group A and C were significantly increased in acute phase and decrease greatly in chronic phase. CK-MM changed little in group B. In group C, CK-MM continued to maintain a high level and supassed 200% 2 weeks later compared with group A and was significantly different from the other three groups.During acute phase, LDH5 in group A , B and C all increased and were significantly different from that in group D. LDH5 increased most in group C but was no different from group A. In chronic phase( 2 weeks later), LDH5 decreased greatly in group A and B and decreased most in group B, but there is no much difference between group B and D. compared with group D, LDH5 is significantly different in group A. LDH5 kept on rising in group C and was significantly different compared with that in both group A and D. During acute phase, the total running journey in group C increased day by day while in chronic phase it decreased greatly which indicated the gradually decreasing exercise capability.Within the acute period, the total distance of group C increased everyday. But during the chronic period, the whole distance of group C changed in waves, and they decreased in whole, indicating the training ability of group C decreased gradually.Conclusion: Rats became thin and their serum adrenerlin and LDH5 increased, which indicated their incapability to adapt hypoxic environment. In chronic phase they recovered partly because they gained some weight and their serum adreanerlin and LDH5 decreased. Appropriate hypoxic exercise could resist some changes and had good influence on hypoxic accustomization. In hypoxic exhausting exercise, rats became thin and their serum adrenerlin, CK-MM and LDH5 kept on increasing while Hb decreased. Exhausting exercise was the usual reason causing exercise tiredness.
