[Study Purpose] Widespread parenchyma contuse is a common surgical contuse , which often appears in legal medial tests of law cases and is mainly caused by repeated hitting and binding of muscular tissues like buttocks, limbs and backs. It can lead to widespread hypodermic bleeding, parenchyma wound and muscular contuse, etc we can not see a lot of systematic pathological morphology data with respect of legal pathology of deths caused by squeeze symptom of widespread parenchyma contuse. This study is about to establish big mouse's animal model of squeeze symptom caused by widespread parenchyma contuse in the purpose of obtain valuable morphological data with respect death cases caused by squeeze symptom of widespread parenchyma contuse which is also very important to legal medical appraise, giving scientiful and accurate provision for medical appraise of injury and providing reliable evidence for legal sentencing.[ Method ] In fhis progect big mouse's widespread parenchyma confuse models and human body's are adopted to study the animal's parenchyma contuse of different scales , the cell changes of a human body's kidney , brain , heart liver, lung, spleen , af-ter dying from Widespread parenchyma contuse graphic analysing of kidneys and brains prostration in the duing of widespread parenchyma , and the rganic changes from the widespread parenchyma to provide reliable evidences for medical festing fhis severe injury.In this study, we adopt big mouse's widespread parenchyma contuse models whose contuse areas are 6%, 18%, and 30% . Each grow has zo mousse and the contrast group has 5 mouses. We used parenchyma contuse installation to hit the mousse. Then dissected those died naturally after hitting and took out their organs. Four days later we killed those who still lived by conveical vertebral dislocation and took out their organs. Among the 12 Corpse tests there were 6 squeeze symptom of widespread parenchyma contuse, znephr-itis urine toxin styles 2 drop styles , 1 MSOF, 1 starvation style . After taking out the organs , we put them in 10% formalin and covered them with paraffin after fixing 2 days. The was 4.5 urn thin , we dyed them by HE dyeing immune tissues chemistry and calculated their positive rate. Finally we analysed the data through X2 test and LS-D—t—test.[Result] l.HE Hearts , livers and spleens appeared changes of blood cbt cerebral tissues appeared changes of blood clot and dropsy , lung tissues had blood clots. Wide area of red materal and a little red cells, kidnevs also had blood clots and other chan-ges.2. The result of immunohis fo chemis dyeing and graphic analyse. (1) The resuf of immunohis fo chemisfty dyeing:Negative confrast group appeard normal without immunohisto chemistry dyeing positive reaction of kidney brain and heart fissue. The result of changing PBS to anti-1was also negative. The testing animals' Mb positive dyeing appeared brown and yellow drops or chunks , located in kidney min- or tubes or the upper cells next to the kidney tubes. The positive area was near the curve tube. The kindly tissue appearing nomal in HE dyeing was found positive action after Mb immunohisto chemisfry dyeing Hsp 70 possive dyeing appeared yellow drops or chunks, possifive heart cells mostly in cells and posstive area in cardiac muscle. Cardiac muscle tissue with no abnomal appearana under HE dyeing was seen Hsp 70 possive reacfive after Hsp 70 immunohisfo chemisfry dyeing, possive dyeing brain tissue is in cell mucleus and negafive in neurons. The rafe of Hsp 70possive dying was 90% Among human sample 6 was 5 cases of widespread parenchyma contuse , with Hsp 70 possifive appearanle of cardiac muscle and brain fissue. And possive rafe was 83%.0 The big mouses' Mb expression of three different paren chyma contuse.The 30% group's Mb positive units were much hig her than the 6% group. Mb positive dyeing rate rose with parenchyma cotuse degree. Pearson chisquare test. X = 6.8 49 , P<0.05 . The big muoses' kidney Mb positive rate's statistical difference was,very important. Among the to mouses, there were 46 mouses' kidneys appeared positive expression and the total positive rate was 76.7%.The result of the big mouses' kidney Mb graphical analyse.The difference between the 6% group and the 30% , group really exist- ed and the latter"s positive rate was obviously higher. P<0.05.? The HSP 70 expression of the big mouses' cardiac muscles and cerebral tiss-ues.The testing group's HSP 70 positive dyeing appeared brown and yellow drops orchunks. The cardiac musce's positive dyeing material mainly exist- ed in the liguid part of cells of the outlayer muscle. The cerebral tissue's positive dyeing material existed in the cell's liguid part of nerves. Contuse area of cerebral tissue is 6%, 18% , 30% , the positive rate 80% , 90% , 100% . HSP average positive dyeing rate 90%. HS 70's positive dyeing rate was 90% . Among the 6 human specimen there were 5 whose cardiac and cevebral tissues' HSP 70 positive expression's positive rate were 83%.[ Conclusion ] 1. After graphic analysing of the 3 groups' big mouses' kidney Mb positive dyeing we found a direct relationship between the amount of kidney Mb positive unit and the degree of parenchyma contuse.2. Mb positive dyeing is highly sensitive to the diagnosing of cases ca- used by widespread parenchyma contuse which makes it clear that immune tissue chemistry dyeing can more easily find certain pathological changes than HE dyeing.3. There realy exists cevebral and cardiac wounds among the big mouse' cerebral tissue and cardiac muscle which gives pathological morphological evidence the diagnosing of widespread parenchyma contuse's squeeze symptom.4. HSP 70 is nighly sensitive to diagnose cardiac muscle and cerebral tissue's wound caused by widespread parenchyma contuse "s squeeze.
