Clinical Observation Bupihuayulishi Side Treat Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective:Objective bupihuayulishi side of clinical curative effect for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Means:Selectionof diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia and co nform to the standardsin 60 cases of patients,patients come form Heil ongjianguniversity of chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital outp atient,bycontrast before and after the treatment itself,oral bupihuayulish i side,decoct with water,a daily dose,each 150 ml,twice a day, mornin g and evening after meals, treatment for 3 months.Observe the improv ement of patients with IPSS, QOL,traditional-chinese-medicine-symtom-s core,prostate gland volume,postvoid residual urine,urine flow rate befor e and after treatment.Results:Clinical cure 1 case,7cases were markedly improved,effecti ve 50 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total effective rate was 83.3%,accordin g to statistic analysis,after treatment in patient with decrease prostate volume(p<0.05),bladder residual urine volume decrease,maximum urinary flow rate increase,IPSS、QOL、traditional-chinese-medicine-symtom-scor e decreased obviously(p<0.01),differences are statistically significant.Conclusions:bupihuayulishi side treat benign prostatic hyperplasia o f insufficiency of the spleen with the type of wet and bloodstasis,to r educe IPSS, QOL, traditional-chinese-medicine-symtom-score,prostate gla nd volume,postvoid residual urine,increase maximum flow rate,to impro ve the symptoms of patients and improve the patient’s quality of life has a certain advantage.
