Objective:observe the clinical reasults of Prizeing and Dialing Replacement to Calcaneus FractureMethod.select 40 patients accord with the Calcaneus Fracture diagnose ,40 cases were divided into two groups of 20 each casually .the therapy group were treated with Prizeing and Dialing Replacement.several curative effect including Calcaneus angle ,Calcaneus breadth ,feet figuration and pacing ,the comparing group adopt operation to repalce and inner fixation.visit these patients after 8-12 months,average 10 months, analyse ,contrast and statistics the treating reasult including Calcaneus angle ,Calcaneus breadth ,feet figuration and pacing ,thereby evaluate the curative effect of two therapy method in treating Calcaneus FractureResults.two treating plan indicates : 1.the Prizeing and Dialing Replacement group excel the comparing group in the circumstance of these patients function recovering (p<0.05).2.the treating group and comparing group also have satisfied curative action in the aspect of correcting the Calcaneus and recover Bohler angle ( △P<0.05, △△ P<0.05) 3.the treating group overmatch the comparing one in total curative effect after therapy in evidence.Conclusion: the treating method of Prizeing and Dialing Replacement and plaster mould fixation have many excellence such as easy to operate ,satisfied curative action,few complications, low treating fare,thereby possess clinical popularizing value.
