Objective: Atopic dermatitis is one of the most commom chronic skin deseases in children. Taurine is one of the essential Amino acids for young children. In order to understand the relationship between cytokine and the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis ,to explore the possible mechanism of the desease. in the treatment of atopic dermatitis. The goal of this article is to evaluate developments in the knowledge of inflammatory mechanisms and treatments of atopic dermatitis Methods: 1.The serum Taurine level of the patients (30) and the heath (30) wasdetected by High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The recovery rate was96-97%.2. Patients with Atopic dermatitis were collected in outpatient. The heath controls wereselected in volunteer in our hospital. In this study,The diffirent of cytokine expression48 cases of atopic dermatitis , Peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 18 children with atopic dermatitis (AD) aged 4-28 years were stimulated with PHA, Taurine, andcompared the responses between normal people03.MTT colorimetric assay was used to measure the proliferative activity of PBMCs in patients with atopic dermatitis and the controls.4.Lymphocytes were isolated from peripheral blood by density gradient centrifugation with Ficoll-Hpaque,and suspended in 2.0x106 cell/ml with10%FCS-1640,supplemented with 40ug/ml PHA .Cells were cultured at 37°C in a5%CO2 humidified atmosphere for 48 hours.5.The supernatant of the cultured cells was harvested and stored at -70°C. The ELISAwas used to assess for cytokines.Optical density was read at 450nm. As parameters ofT cell responsiveness, lymphocyte proliferation and the production of IL-2, IL-4 ,IL-10 and IFN-[gamma] were measured.5.Data were analyzed statistically by t test or F test.Results:...
