Study On The Method Of Screening Fetal Chromosomal Abnormality By Ultrasound

Objective: In order to investigate the relationship between ultrasounography and fetal chromosomal abnormality, find a non-invasively,easily and quickly method and enhance the perinatal quality.Method:Firstly,610 pregnanced women's gestationalsac(lenth,width,height),yolk sac diameter (YSD)and crown-rump length (CRL)were measured in the first trimester by tansvaginal sonography.Mean sac diameter (MSD) YSD CRL/YSD MSD-CRL versus menstrual age(MA) were investigated .And YSD versus MSD.YSD versus CRL,CRL versus MSD were also studied.Using statistics method ,we conducted a curve estimation and obtained the predicted value and its 95% intervals .Then,we differentiated the ultrsound results into normality and abnormality according to the 95% intervals of the predicted...
