| In recent years the outbreak rate and death rates of thelung cancer are still in the gradual rising.It have alreadythreatened the people's health seriously,but 60%-80% lungcancer patients have already belong to later period whendiagnosed. The treatment adopts much regard chemotherapyas principle of many course cure.In the last 20 years,somenew medicine application make a big improvement of thepatient of later periond of lung cancer. However the randomresearch of these medicines and platinum unitedmanifested that the median survival time and one yearexistence rate is likeness.In recent years,thechemotherapeutic regimens contains two,three and moremedience and these application recrease the the toxicity andusually cause the patients break off the treatment. Chloroxoquinoline Capsule is a new anti-tumordrug,stage â…¡clinical study shown that the survival rate ofone year amounts to 42%,less toxic and moresafety.Currently clinical study on efficacy ,toxicity andliving quantity of Chloroxoquinoline Capsule is scarcity. This study cruited in 100 cases with diagnosedNSCLC(according to the 1997 revised internationl TNMstage),all of the cases were diagnosed by histology orcytologies and losed the chance of surgical operation ortransferred after operation.All the cases have been dividedinto two groups A and B randomaly .group A was treatedwith Chloroxoquinoline Capsule (400mg 3/d po,4 weeks fora cycle and 2 cycles in all )50 cases in all,35 male and 15female,the median age is 65.5.Group B as a control group istreated with CAP regiments(CTX 600-800mg/m2introuvenious dripping the first day,ADM 40mg/ m2 thefirst day intravenous dripping,P 80-100mg/ m2 for the firstday intravenous dripping).50 cases in all ,38 male ,12 femaleand the median age is 62. The result of this study:A group PR 7cases,SD 30cases;control group,PR 8 cases ,SD 20 cases,and the efficacyof two regimens had no significant difference;4 cases ingroup A had the possible toxicity and 50 cases in group B...
