| Objective to evaluate the effect of Ketamine,Fentanyl,Midazolam and Propofol on TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-10 induced by LPS. Methods 30 healthy male adult rabbits were divided into 5 groups in randomized block design: ①Saline group(control group);②Ketamine group;③Fentanyl group;④Midazolam group;⑤Propofol group.Every group had been treated with saline or different anesthetic respectively for 5h after venous access was set up,and every rabbit was arterial injected with LPS (20μg/kg)after 1h transfusion.Blood samples were taken before anesthesia(T), before LPS injection (T1),1h(T2),2h(T3),4h(T4)after LPS injection, the serum TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-10 were detected by ELISA. Result the serum concentration of TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-10 were significantly increased after LPS injection compared with the baseline in all groups. The concentration of TNF-αand IL-1βin Ketamine and Fentanyl group were lower than control group, and the consentration of IL-10 were higher﹙P<0.05﹚;on the contrary, the serum level of TNF-αand IL-1βin Propofol group increased than control group , but the level of IL-10 decreased (P<0.05); In the Midazolam group ,the concentration of TNF-αand IL-10 were lower, but the level of IL-1βincreased. Conclusion In our study, ketamine and fentanyl may be helpful to the balance of cytokines, but midazolam and propofol may be harmful. |
