| Purpose:To make the systematic review of "bushenantai" compound Chinese medicine treating fetal irritability so that clinical treating decision can be made based on objective believable evaluation of the theatment to fetal irritability by the method , Put forward the existent problem in the clinical research of Chinese medicine, draw up the methods to solve them.Method:All the articles about the research work of Chinese medicine treating fetal irritability were searched based on the methods of evidence-based medicine.All the articles were evaluated based on reliability classification,concealment of research allocation and JADAD scale.Analyze the articles meet with the standard with meta-analysis using STATA sofeware.Result:The efficacy of "bushenantai" compound Chinese medicine group treating fetal irritability is better than that of HCG group,progesterone and vitamin E and folacin group, MgSO4 and albuterol sulfate salbutamol group,vitamin E and sili'an table group; but no statistical difference is showed when compared with other compound Chinese medicine group.Conclusion:Massive, randomized, multi-center, double blind clinical trials should be conducted to find out more effective method to treat fetal irritability objectively with Chinese medicine in order to popularize the use of Chinese medicine.
