Primary Pharmaceutical Study Of Yanting Granule Which Is Used To Cure Chronic Pelvic Disease

Chronic pelvic disease is a commonly encountered disease in the department of gynecology that salpingitis obstruction infertility and the rate of the disease is much higher in recent years. Yanting Granule is composed of 9 drugs which include Paeolia lactiflora, Corydalis yanhusuo , Salvia miltiorrhiza,etc. Among which, many chemical ingredients had been proved having many pharmacological actions such as quickening the blood and transforming stasis, freeing the channels and quickening the network vessels and so on. So it is an effective compositae for gynecological disease. It has been used as retention enema for many years and its reliable treatment wins the satisfaction among patients.But retention enema is not comfortable for patients to use and carry, not suitable to modern life. So it was expected to be transformed into granule .This article has completed the study of extraction process. When the optimum process of extraction comfirmed, the author put it into practice in a pharmaceutical factory which guaranteed that it is suitable for production on an industrial scale.The author used HPLC for quantity determination and TLC for quality analysis. In addition, the author has also studied the preparation process of compound prescription of Yanting Granule, this experiment provides scientific basis for production, the standardization of Yanting Granule were established.
