[Objectives] : To evaluate the influence of two type of perfusion for the survival of arterialized venous flap. [Methods] :1. 40 rear legs of 20 healthy male Japanese white rabbits were randomised into two groups. One leg of each rabbit was divided into in study groups randomly, another one was divided into in control groups automatically.2. Two longitudinal superficial veins were found at post-lateral distal segment of rabbit's leg, which were saved as blood vessel of donor site , the area of arterialized venous flap was designed about 2.5 cmx2.5 cm. The superfical branches of femoral artery and vein were exposed at medial distal segment of rabbit's thigh, isolated and abscised under microscope, distal ends were ligated and proximal ends were saved. The two venous proximal ends in the flap were anastomosed with the superfical branches of femoral artery and vein in study groups, then the arterialized venous flap model of anti-valve-inflow, pro-valve-outflow was established. The two venous distal ends in the flap were anastomosed with the superfical branches of femoral artery and vein in control groups, then the arterialized venous flap model of pro-valve-inflow, anti-valve-outflow was established.3. Appearance of color, tension, degree of angioplerrosis, ecchymosis, swell and necrosis was observed post-op period daily, the survival of arterialized venous flap was determined in 14 days postoperatively.4. Additional 6 rabbits were prepared for angiography and X-ray film, the perfusion was observed.5. Five cases of arterialized venous flap with perfusion mode of anti-valve-inflow, pro-valve-outflow were applied.[Results] : 1. In study groups 16 flaps survived, 2 flaps partial survived and 2 flaps...
