| Objective: In order to investigate the microvessel,s morphologic change regular pattern of venous skin flaps nutured by venous blood, and further reveal the survival mechanism of venous skin flap Methods: 72 Chinese rabbits were divided randomly into 3 groups using every side of rabbit ear as a case: ①Group A, central artery,dorsal ear nervous,anterior and posterior marginal arteries and veins were cut ② Group B, central artery,anterior and posterior marginal and veins were cut, and only central veins were kept ③ Group C, a control group, central blood vessels and dorsal ear nervous were kept, anterior and posterior marginal veins were cut and ligatured Using venous skin flaps with 4 0 cm×3 0cm area nutured by venous blood as model, and electron microscopy,optical microscopy and observation of transparent specimen and other observation methods On 1,3,5,7,14,28,42th day after operation, the survival condition of the skin flaps,the density of skin flaps microvessel,the diameter and change of vessel wall and the direction of blood flow were observed All data were acquired by using ocular micrometer and statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS software Results:①The survival rate of skin flaps in group A was 93 32% and in group B was 84 75% There was no significant between group A and group B (P>0 05) ②After operation, in Group A and B, the internal diameter of microvessel became thick with time increasing On 3rd,5th,7th,14th day after operation, there was a significant difference between group A and group C (P<0 05), and between group B and group C (P<0 01) On 28th day, the internal diameters of microvessel in group A and group B were similar to those in group C ③Beginning the third day after operation, there is a trend of increasing the density of microvessel On 3rd,5th,7th,14th day after operation, the density of micorvessel was lower than that in group C There is a significant difference between group A and group B, and between group B and group C On 28th day after operation, the density of microvessel are very similar among three groups ④Through optical microscopy observation, skins at different phase had different inflammatory reaction, central vein dialated Tunica intima proliferated irregularly In group B, new blood vessels were found on skin flaps, big and thick collgenous fibers were arranged closely in skin flap dermis layer ⑤There is a lot of ink in venous networks of skin flaps in group A and group B Conclusion: ①Venous blood can support skin flaps with 4 0 cm×3 0cm area to survive ②The survival rate of venous skin flaps with nervous was 93 32%, and that of venous skin flaps without nervous was 84 75% ③It took 28 days for the internal diameter and density of skin flaps nutured by venous blood to recover to normal condition ④The circular route for venous blood to nuture venous skin flaps is : the main vein of distal heart venula venula networks venula the main vein of proximal heart... |
