At the present, the effective treatment for patients were still conventional surgery, assisted with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Since the modern technology of medicine have made many big progress, to explore the new measure based on our currently treatments, we have researched the relationship between nitric oxide (NO) and the biological character of tumor. In this study, the BALB/C mice injected with LNNA solutions or LPS solutions which influence the level of nitric oxide were investigated. We have achieved above object on a series of different circumstances. Results: The level of NO , nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in mice serum between the female and the male are approximately homology. The level of NO , NOS and iNOS in control groups blood and tumor groups blood and tumor groups tumors are not entirely homology, they all present up currents. Between diameters and levels of NO, NOS and iNOS of tumor have evident positive correlation. The size of tumor mostly lied on the level of the three indexes above. Compared with injected Nω-L-Nitro-Arginine (LNNA), the size of tumors were more influenced while injected Lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The haematological indexes of mice had statistic difference between female and male, the male's indexes are higher. To inhibit the NO may be conduce to rise the function of bone marrow, on the contray, to accelerate the NO likely depress the function of bone marrow.
