They weredealed with water,ordinary egg-milk powder and MT egg-milk powder. Theywere filled stomach 15 days, and 24 hours after the last time, we manufacturedsuspending spleen cell liquid, added it 100μl/ aperture into 96 aperture cultureplank, and 6 aperture-sample. The first 3 aperture were added ConA(10μg/ml)100μl/ aperture, which was called ConA stimulating, the last 3 aperture wereadded CM liquid 100μl/ aperture, which was called spontaneous transfer-mation. They were cultured 48h in 37℃and 5%CO2,then added MTT(5mg/ml)10μl/ aperture and cultured 4h. Discarded aboved liquid, they wereadded DMSO 100μl/ aperture. After cultured 2h in 37℃, they were etectedOD in 570. At last, it was worked out the ratio of ConA stimulating and spon-taneous transfermation. The result makes it clear that MT egg-milk powder canimprove T lymphocytes transformation capability of normal and lower immunemice. 二,The effect of humoral immune function to the mice of MT egg-milkpowder (Determination of antibody ) 60 normal and lower immune mice were divided into 6 groupe. Theywere dealed with water,ordinary egg-milk powder and MT egg-milk powder.They were filled stomach 22 days. The mice were immunized with 2% sheep'sred cell in the first,third ,fifth ,and 12th day. Its blood was obtained by eyeball in the 10th day after the last immunization, blood serum was seperated.0.5ml this serum was placed in tube after it was diluted in proportion, then wasadded 0.5ml sheep red cell. The tube was placed in 37℃and 2h, then alnightin the room ,and the blood serum was tested next day. The result makes it clearthat MT egg-milk powder can improve the level of the mice's antibodies inlower immune mice. 三,The effect of nonspecific immune function to the mice of MTegg-milk powder (Function determination of macrophage) 60 normal and lower immune mice were divided into 6 groupe. They weredealed with water,ordinary egg-milk powder and MT egg-milk powder. Theywere filled stomach 15 days, then 1ml amylum liquid (2%) was celiac injectedinto every mice. After 24h, 1ml chicken's red cell was celiac injected intoevery mice. The mice were killed after 30 minutes,then 0.2ml liquid wassucked and dripped on a piece of glass, and dyed with Giemsa. Theendocytosis ratio was worked out though 200 macrophage under microscope.The result makes it clear that MT egg-milk powder can improve the function ofmacrophage in lower immune mice. 四,Protective test to infected mice by S.aureus of MT egg-milk powder 30 normal and lower immune mice were divided into 3 groupe. They weredealed with water,ordinary egg-milk powder and MT egg-milk powder. Theywere filled stomach 15 days, and 24 hours after the last time, were celiacinjected in by S.aureus liquid 0.5ml every mice (1.0×109CFU-ml). Thereaction and dead or alive number after infection were recorded . The resultmakes it clear that MT egg-milk powder can prolong the living time of themice infected by S.aureus. 五,The effect of antioxidation to the rat of MT egg-milk powder 60 mice were divided into 6 groupe. They were dealed with water,ordinary egg-milk powder and MT egg-milk powder. They were filled stomach10 days, and 2 hours after the last time, 0.9% NaCl and CdCl2 liquid wereceliac injected into every mice. Then the rats were killed, blood was collected,and activity of antioxidant enzyme and LPO were measured. The result showsthat MT egg-milk powder can improve the activity of antioxidant enzyme anddepress the level of LPO in the blood of ordinary and oxidated rats. So we draw conclusion: 1. MT egg-milk powder can improve cellular immune function to the miceof normal and lower immune mice. 2. MT egg-milk powder can improve humoral immune function of lowerimmune mice. 3.
