Objective: To study the clinical effect of XiaoYouJian(XYJ) obtained by the tutor through years of experiments and explore its acting mechaniasm. To dicuss the influence on the cell proliferation and apoptosis of damp and heat fullness type condyloma acuminatum (CA) .Methods: 96 cases were randomly divided into the remedial A group, the remedial B group and the control group. After 8 weeks of treatment, observe the clinical cure rate and relapse rate as well as the abnormal reaction. Apply immune organism chemotherapy and TUNEL therapy to 15 cases in group A, examine the warts formed before the medicine-wash and 2 weeks later respectively, take count of the PCNA and the number of deceased cells and compare it with that of a healthy body.Result: The cure rate of the treatment group (group A 80.6%, group B 83.3%) is much higher while the relapse rate is lower than that of the contrastive group with a remarkable discrepancy. PCNA is greatly reduced while apoptosis cells increased 2 weeks later than before the treatment. The discrepancy of the two both has statistical significance.Conclusion: These data indicate that remove-wart-and-medicine-wash therapy can improve the cure rate of damp and heat fullness type condyloma acuminatum, reduce the relapse rate and at the same time no tangible side effects are noticed. Its mechanism probably function through controlling the multiplication of cells and speed up the apoptosis of cells.
