Preparation And Evaluation Of Shouwu Yutan Pian

Subject:To study an ideal preparation of Traditional Chinese Medicine for treating acute ischemic cerebral disease.Shouwu Yutan Pian is selected.Extracting Process,qulity standards,tentative stability and Pharmacodynamics will be studied. Methods:The extraction condition was established with the extact yidld of emodin, 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydrostibene-2-O-β-D- glucoside, lecithoid by orthogonality test; the preparation process was established with the shaping munite quality .the herbs of preparation was identified by TLC,and the content of 2,3,5,4-tetrahydrostibene-2-O-β-D- glucoside in Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. was determined by HPLC,and established the quality standands,and stability experiments and the study of the pharmacodynamics were carried out. Result: Druggery was extracted by 70% alcohol ,then the druggery was extracted by 50%alcohol again.Through experiment research ,microcrystalline cellulose and CMS-Na were selected as molding materials.The proportion of microcrystalline cellulose was 15%, CMS-Na was 3 % .The method of the quality standards were accurate and could be used for the quality and quantity control of the preparation . The preparation has fine stability.The studies of the pharmacodynamics indicated that it has obvious against cerebral ischemia, against thrombus function. Conclusion:Shouwu Yutan Pian is an optimum preparation which is used to treat acute ischemic cerebral disease.It has suitable and controllable quality standards.
