Objective:To study the clinical experiences of treatment of Humerus Supracondylar Fracture using internal fixation through cross pins and extracorporeally press and to analyse the reason.Methods:43 patients with Humerus Supracondylar Fracture were picked out and divided into two groups. One group(23 cases) was treated by using internal fixation through cross pins and extracorporeally press, and the other(20 cases) was treated by using internal fixation through cross pins. Then we compared the elbow joint function and the range of elbow joint, Carrging angle after the healing of the fracture.result:There were significant difference (P<0.05) in the grade of elbow joint function and the range of elbow joint, Carrging angle between the two groups. Conclusion:The internal fixation through cross pins and extracorporeally press has better effect on the function rehabilitation and Carrging angle of elbow joint.
