| Fluid resuscitation was the main therapy for uncontrolled traumatic hemorrhagic shock.The objective of the experiment was to investigate the effect of limited fluid resuscitation in a modal of uncontrolled traumatic hemorrhagic shock by massive splenic injury.The results demonstrate that limited fluid resuscitation group can decreased the blood loss,improve oxygen delivery,inhibit the TNF-a concentration in serum and relieve SIRS.IJmited fluid resuscitation group may prolonged the survival time and raised the 72h survival rate through above mechanisms. |
