Effects On Aniseikonia And Stereopsis Induced By Related Factors Of Hyperopia Anisometropia

objective To study effects of anisometropia theropy time age and sex or aniseikonia and stereopsis, to find the relationship between them, methods To test the aniseikonia of 75 subject aged 5-21 compared with 35 control cases aged 5-20 .To exam their aniseikonia and TNO with glasses. All subjects were given streak retinoscopy Then analysis the relationship between anisometropia theropy time age or sex and aniseikonia or stereopsis. results 1) The aniseikonia that anisometropia is over 3.00D is bigger than that of below 3.00D (p=0. 008 < 0. 05) ; 2) The stereopsis of control cases is superior to anisometropia obviously (p=0. 000 < 0.001) ; 3) After theropy ,the aniseikonia is smaller than that of the group without theropy, that given over 2 years theropy times is smaller than given under 2 years . (p=0.033 < 0.05) ;4)The aniseikonia over 9 years old is smaller than that under 9 years old, the aniseikonia over 12 years old is smaller than that under 12 years old (p=0.008 < 0.01) ;5) There is no relation between sex and aniseitropia. (p=0.091 >0.05) ; 6) The difference of corrected vision compared with aniseikonia. there is no significance between them (p=0.554, >0.05) . Result 1) The anisometropia is more significent , the anseikonia is bigger, and the stereopsis is better. 2) Smaller is the age, bigger is the aniseikonia, and more effects on stereopsis. 3) The theropy time has effects on aniseikonia and steropsis, longer is the theropy time , smaller is the aniseikonia, and better is the stereopsis.
