| Objective: To examine situation of bFGF's expression and distributing in the periapex of orthodontic teeth's pressure side by animals' experiment. Exploring the periapex's evolution of orthodontic teeth in the course of force and the the mechanism of bFGF in pressure side versus Periapex. So that we could make more realization about the variety of orthodontic teeth's movement. In order to provide reference support for oral clinic employment.Methods: To establish orthodontic teeth's movement model of rabbits. Selecting 24 youth pure New Zealand white rabbits after borning 150-180 days (weighs 2.2-3.0 Kg) and no male or female. Divided 4 groups as equal by chance, one group for comparison, the other three groups for experimentation. In experimental groups, we took the first molar of the maxilla at rabbits' nearside as experimental teeth, the other for anchorage teeth. There was about 50 gram between the two teeth. The comparison group did nothing. Three experimental animals would be killed after 24 hours, one week, two weeks. Preparing the experimental and comparial groups parafin specimen of tooth and periapex through cheek-ligua way. Observing and examining specimen by adopting general HE and immunity tissue chemical coloration. Analysis the variety rule of orthodontic teeth's periapex and mechanism of bFGF in the motion teeth.Results: HE coloration: According to comparison group, the toot-tine part and penodontal membrance at pressure side appeared evidence bleeding in suffering orthodontic power after 24 hours. One week later, the phenomena became more serious,capillay vessels did manifold. There were a lot of osteoclasts in alveolar bone evident obsorbtion. Two weeks later, there were no evident changes, but the pressure periodontal membrance became narrow. Immunity tissue chemical coloration:There was ebb masuline in normal periapex and alveolar bone about bFGF. Experimental groups: 1. Periodontal membrance:There was no evident difference in pressure periodontal membrance after 24 hours,but had evident difference after one week and two weeks.The experimental groups had no evident difference between two groups. 2. Alveolar bone: There was no evident difference after 24 hours and two weeks, except one week group. The experimental groups had no evident difference between two groups. |
