Clinical Of Acupuncyure Therapy On The Retrograde Gonarthritis

[Objective] The research evaluate objectively clinic curative effect from clinical direction of observation, in order to preferably spread and apply in clinical treatment.[Method] 60 cases of retrograde gonarthritis were divided into 2 groups, acupuncture therapy group (group A) and control group (group B).The evaluation of clinical observation was pain threshold and determine existence quality. Method of observation: MPQ(attached table 1), JOA (attached table 2), "Lequesne M G" (attached table 3). The 30 cases of group A was the ptient of acupuncture and moxibustion OPD, the first affilated hospital of GuangZhou TCM university, 30 cases of group B was the patient of orthopaedics OPD. Method of treatment: The point selection of group A was based on main point combine with the affected channel and selection of point according to the differentiation of symptoms and signs. Main point: ento-Xiyan, extrinsic-Xiyan, Heding, Xiyangguan, Xiguan, Ququan. Selection of point according to the differentiation of symptoms and signs: wind-type arthralgia select Geshu, Xuehai; cold-type arthralgia select Shenshu, Guanyuan; dampness-type arthralgia select Yinlingquan. Method of manupulation: after degerming with routine method at acupuncture point , start the acupuncture therapy with 1. 5-2 inch acupuncture needle. Sthenia-syndrome were treated with reducing method; asthenia-syndrome were treated with reinforcing method. Needle was retained 30~40 minutes, meantime, warm needle were used (add two2. bcm ignited pure ;:u\a v \ \), TDP administer radiation was used at equal pace employment; once daily, 10 times was one course of treatment, the time of treatment for 3 course . Control group was treated by capsule GUANJIEKANG; oral application indomethacin, 3 tablets each time, 3 times/day, 10 days was one course of treatment, treat for 3 course of treatment o[Results] 1. The 30 cases of acupuncture therapy group (group A) , 12 cases were male , 18 cases were female, ages of patient was among 45~69 years old; average 55.6+11.8 years old; shortest course of disease is 5 mouth, longest course of disease is 5 years, average3. 21 +1. 12yearso The 30 cases of control group (group A) , 14 cases were male , 16 cases were female, ages of patient was among 46~70 years old; average 54. 35 + 9. 4 years old; shortest course of disease is 3 mouth, longest course of disease is 4.5 years , average3. 78+1. 09yearso The case of two groups have no manifest difference in the sexuality, years of age, course of disease, possess comparability (P>0. 05) .2. The therapeutic effect of two groups: the obviously improvement cases of acupuncture therapy group (group A) and control group(group B) were 16 cases, 9 cases; improvement were 14 cases, 17 cases; nonresponder were 0 case, 4 cases. Total effective rate of the acupuncture therapy group (group A) is 100%; Total effective rate of the control group(group B) is 86. 7% .Verified by the ridit analyses, there was a significant difference between the two groups(K0. 05) . acupuncture therapy group (group A) was better.it showed that retrograde gonarthritis treated by acupuncture have more effectiveness than drug treatment group in clinical treatment.[Conclusion] The clinical research indicated the main cause of retrograde gonarthritis is deficiency of liver and kidney, insufficiency of Qi and blood, the predisposing cause is the organism attacked by wind-cold damp pathogen, the pathogenesis is the construction of meridian, Qi and blood.
