| ForewordWith the development of economic reform and evolution of urban social, the unemployed are becoming poor and the poor people in urban are increasing. The decreasing level of life compacts their health directly. Currently, our country laid particular emphasis on the research of the sociology and economics more to the poverty problem of city, but to the healthy condition of the city poor we concern too less. The dispersedly existed research data which describe the falling ill status of the city is only staying around adopting such index as the death rate and incidence of a disease of the poor population, but still have not researched the inside consequence between their life and health promoting view. So it is necessary to pay attention to their body and mental health.In order to realize the state of city poor people's and unemployed people's healthy promoting view , also offer some scientific basis for the medical succor of the government and hospital ,we carried out an research for the healthy promoting view and its influential factors to people in Texi community in Shenyang ( who enjoys the lowest allowance ).This research adopts the questionnaire of " Survey on Health Promotion View" from Japanese, which have been used in Japan for many years, is verymature and reflects the healthy promoting view globally . this table reflects the level of their healthy view and behavior style from these terms: life satisfaction, healthy condition, healthy influence, healthy behavior, old -age period health, pressure, sleep, smoking and drinking, exercise, taking a rest, nourishment and acquirement healthy knowledge etc.Object and method1 Research objectThe data for the study came from xiongjiagang and shuangdian communities in Tiexi section where many poor people live. The subjects of survey were the main labor force of family that had the lowest allowance in Shenyang. The control team was random chose in the same communities. Issue 600 questionnaires totally, validly recover 498 questionnaires, the recovery rate is 83%. The poor people was 237 and the control people was 261.In order to assess health of the unemployed, the unemployed team which is 103 was selected from the available questionnaires. So even they concern about their health, uneasy about their health, think over their health of old age, they also embrace a kind of negative attitude, they dont go to sport and improve their healthy condition actively ; healthy state is negatively related to sleeping with hypnotic, which manifests that the more healthy they are, the less need to depend on hypnotic for sleeping; The degree of concerning health is also negatively related to the amount of smoking , which manifests that the degree to health concerning more bad, the quantity of smoking bigger; The sleeping waking up is negative related to which manifeststhat the more usually waking up from the sleeping, the more not eating health implement,; The positive relativity of the healthy expectation and sleep time manifests the higher expectation to health, the longer sleep time .
