The Effects Of Different Dose Lotensin Treatment In Anemia DF Chronic Hemodialysis Patients

Objective To compare the RBC. HB Hct Bun Scr NO ET TGF-B and others ceullar factors in the chronic hemodialysis patients treatment with different dose Lotensin.Methords twenty-one hemodialysis patients were divided into three groups in random way, based on wether or not they were administered Lotensin into non-Lotensin ( n=7), little dose Lotensin ( n=7), and big dose Lotensin (n=7). All patients ruled of tumor, iron deficiency, infection, aluminum intoxication and bleeding diseases, all hemodialysis patients were checked RBC, HB Hct Bun Scr NO ET TGF-B and others ceullar factors in the 6 months and 12months.Conclusion the RBC HB Hct in all hemodialysis patients before hemodialysis and after 6-month hemodialysis, 12-month hemodialysis.there were not statistical different (P>0.05). ACEI did not make anemia in the chronic hemodialysis patients.
