Explore Of Diagnosis And Treatment Of Acute Acalculous Cholecystitis

Objective To investigate the cause,diagnosis and treatment of acute acalculouscholecystitis(AAC).Method 43 cases of AAC which were treated from 1999to 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 40 cases were diagnosed byB-ultrasonograph,the positive rate of diagnosis was 87.5%(35/40),8 cases werediagnosed by CT, the positive rate of diagnosis was 75%.All of them underwentoperations,cholecystectomy was performed in 39 patients,cholecystostomy in2,subtotal cholecystectomy in 2.All of them were cured.Conclusions The causeof AAC is very complication,the preoperative diagnosis is difficult,it is easy tobe misdiagnosed. Surgeon should pay more attention to AAC. B-ultrasonographis the first choice of the diagnosis of AAC, CT can give a hand to diagnosis.Theearly operation resection is the most effective method.
