The Study Of The Effects Of Herbs (Man Shen 1 Hao) To The Rat's Model Of Chronic Nephritis About The Damage Of Free Radicals And The Ultrasturcture On Immuno-pathology

Objective: To discuss the therapeutic effects and the action mechanism of Man Shen 1Hao to the rat's model of chronic nephritis by modem method of science and technology,to study the effects of Man Shen 1Hao to chronic niphritis about the damage of free radicals(FR) and the ultrasturcture on Immuno-pathology, and to offer the target for looking for the ideal and reliable prescription to cure chronic niphritis. Methods: the rat's model of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis was established by inject BSA and LPS.After four weeks,we selected 40 rats that they were obvious higher than others about the numerical value of urinary albumin,blood urea nituogen(BUN) and creatinine(Cr),and divided them into A,B,C,D groups at random. A group was as a blank control group, received no treatment.B group treated with Man Shen 1Hao,C group with the troche of shen yan si wei ,and D group with Monopril.At the same time,we selected 10 normal rats as E group. To compare the symptom, the numerical value of urinary albumin, BUN and Cr,the content of superoxide disumutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA), and observe the change of nephritic histology among five groups after four weeks'treatment. Result: After treatment with Man Shen 1Hao, comparing B group with others,the activity, appetite, reaction and hydrops, ascites,and so on, were significantly improved. The numerical value of urinary albumin were significantly lower in B group than in A group(P<0.01) and C group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between B group and E group. There were significant differences between B group and A group on BUN and Cr(P<0.01), and there was a statistically significant difference between B group and C group. The activities of SOD in A group were lower than that in E group and the content of MDA in A group were higher than that in E group, there was a statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.01); The activities of SOD in B group were significantly higher than that in A group(P<0.05) and the content of MDA in B group were significantly lower than that in A group(P<0.01); there was a statistically significant difference between B group and C,D groups(P<0.05).The observation of renal histology showed that the pathological changes of renal glomerulus was alleviative in B group. Conclusions: Firstly,Man Shen 1 Hao had good therapeutic effect to mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis.It not only could significantly improve symptom,but also could heighten the activity of SOD, promote the eliminate of OFR and inhibit the lipid peroxidation reaction. Secondly, Man Shen 1 Hao could inhibit the proliferation of glomerular mesangial cell and improve the change of glomerular pathology.
