Objective To investigate the pothential pathogenic mechanisms of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis from its aetiology, so that to provide valuable data for clinical therapy. Methods The yeasts isolated from patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC) and recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(RVVC) were cultured and purified routinely, then identified the species of the isolates using ATB Expression. Sensitivity of the isolates to Flucytosine, Amphotericin B, Nyststin, Miconazole, Econazole and Ketoconazole was detected by ATB Expression. Susceptibility testing of the isolates to Fluconazole , Terbinafine and Itraconazole was detected with checkerboard microdilution method based on M27-A of NCCLS.Results (1) 8 species yeast were identified in all the isolates. The most common 3 species were Candida albicans( 40strains, 75.47% ), Candida tropicalis( 5strains, 9.43% ), and Candida glabrata( 3 strains, 5.66% ) respectively. (2) There were 4 strains non-albicans spp among 29 strains of isolates in VVC...
