Objective To observe expression of sICAM-l,Fas,Bcl-2,ICAM-1 in psoriasis vulgaris patient serum and their skin. To discuss the relationship between sICAM-l,Fas,Bd-2,ICAM-1and psoriasis vulgaris. Methods The ELISA mathod was applied to detect sICAM-1 level in 40specimen psoriasis vulgaris patient and health person serum and the Immunohistochemistry (IHC) was applied to study expression of Fas,Bd-2,ICAM-l in their skin tissues. The positive cell number density of every specimen were analysed by computer image analysis system.Using-method of t-test,the results were statistically analysed with the software of SPSS10.5 to compare difference of their expression and content in specimen to discuss the correlation between the three molecule and psoriasis vulgaris. Results l.The sICAM-1 levels of the active phase (485.0 ± 67.3 μ g/ml) and the static phase (421.6 ± 58.2 μ g/ml) psoriasis patient were significant higher than the controls (296.0 ± 59.1 μ g/ml) (p<0.01 ) ,and the former two groups also had significant difference (p<0.01) ;2.The Immunohistochemistry showed that in the psoriasis vulgaris skin lesion and normal skin, Fas Bc1-2 ICAM-1 protein were all positive with distinction degree. The positive cell numbers of the former were higher than the latter and the difference have statistically significance(p<0.01) .3. The expression of Fas Bcl-2 in the active phase psoriasis skin tissue was higher than in static phase psoriasis (p<0.01) and the expression of ICAM-1 had no significant difference. Conclusion l.The detection of sICAM-1 level was good psoriasis active marker because its method was simple and that the consanguineous correlation between sICAM-1 level' and psoriasis;2.The overexpression of Fas can induce psoriasis keratinocyte apoptosis unconventionally and play a role of maintain psoriasis nature of...
