AIMDerived from mesoderm, Mesenchymal Stem Cells( MSC) have the ability of differentiation into a variety of tissues. As many studies is shown, MSC can differentiate into endothelial cells under certain conditions. On the base of establishment of rat MSC's cultural system, this tudy was going to investigate the characters of MSC differentiating into endothelial cells in vitro and initially observe the influence of normal and ischemic myocardial circumstances on the MSC 's differentiation into endothelial.METHODRat marrow was used to isolated, culture and expand MSC ex vivo. Through to evaluate the change of morphology, ability of multiplication and differentiation into osteoblast and adipocytes, MSC was identified. In addition to a-bove experiment, MI(myocardial infarction) model was made and homogenic of myocardium was prepared. Homogenic of MI at different time took part in the endothelial inducing system, include vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) , basic fibroblast growth factor ( bFGF) and insulin growth factor - 1 (IGF -1).
